Introduction 引言
This Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”) is made in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. It sets out the purposes for which your personal data will be used by Alongside Limited (“Alongside”, “we”, “our”, “us”) following collection, what you are agreeing to with respect to the use of your personal data by Alongside, and your rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”).
本個人資料收集聲明（下稱「本聲明」）乃依據個人資料私隱專員公署發出的指引而訂立，旨在說明 Alongside Limited（下稱「同行」、「我們」）在收集閣下個人資料後之使用目的、閣下同意之範圍，以及閣下根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）（下稱「《條例》」）所享有之權利。
1. Personal Data Collected and Held 所收集及持有之個人資料
Personal data collected and held by Alongside in connection with event registration or ticket purchase may include your name, contact details (such as email and telephone number), payment information, and any preferences or accessibility requirements you submit.
同行就活動報名或購票而收集及持有之個人資料，可能包括閣下之姓名、聯絡資料（例如電郵及電話號碼）、付款資料，以及閣下提交之偏好或無障礙需求等。
It is voluntary for you to provide the personal data requested by Alongside; however, failure to provide such data may result in Alongside being unable to complete your registration, issue your ticket, or communicate important event information.
閣下可自願提供所要求之個人資料；惟若未能提供，同行或未能完成報名、發出票據或傳達活動相關資訊。
2. Purpose of Collection 收集目的
Alongside may use your personal data for one or more of the following purposes in connection with the event registration and participation:
同行可就活動報名及參與而使用閣下之個人資料作以下一項或多項用途：
- to process your event registration and ticketing;
用於處理活動報名及票務； - to confirm and authenticate your identity;
用於核實及確認閣下身份； - to communicate event information, logistics, and updates;
用於發放活動資訊、安排及最新消息； - to facilitate entry, check-in, and attendance records;
用於活動入場、報到及出席紀錄； - to coordinate any accessibility or special arrangements requested by you;
用於協調閣下所要求之無障礙或特別安排； - to comply with legal, regulatory, or venue safety requirements; and
用於遵守法律、監管或場地安全要求；及
for other purposes directly related to the above or as permitted by law.

3. Retention 資料保存
Alongside will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that your personal data is not kept longer than necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes stated above (or any directly related purpose). Retention may be extended only if required or permitted by law.
同行將採取一切合理可行措施，確保閣下之個人資料不會保存超過達成本聲明所述用途（或任何直接相關用途）所需之期間。除法律規定或准許外，不會延長保存時間。
4. Transfer of Personal Data 資料轉移
Alongside may transfer your personal data to third parties where necessary for the purposes stated above, including:

- the ticketing or registration platform engaged by Alongside for processing event registration and ticketing transactions;

參與活動籌辦之同行員工及授權代表； - our event partners, collaborators, and venue operators assisting in event logistics or attendee management;
協助活動物流或參加者管理之合作夥伴及場地營運方；及 - any government departments, authorities, or regulatory bodies as required by law.
按法律要求之政府部門、主管機關或監管機構。
Alongside will ensure that any third parties receiving such data are informed that the data is provided solely for the purposes stated above.
同行將確保任何接收該等資料之第三方知悉，該等資料僅可用於本聲明所述之目的。
5. Access and Correction of Personal Data 查閱及更正個人資料
You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us in accordance with the PDPO. To make such a request, please contact our Data Privacy Officer at info@walkalongside.org. Alongside reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing data access requests.
閣下有權根據《條例》要求查閱及更正我們所持有之個人資料。倘欲提出相關要求，請電郵至 info@walkalongside.org 與我們的資料私隱主任聯絡。同行保留就資料查閱要求收取合理費用之權利。
6. Direct Marketing 直接促銷
Alongside will seek your consent before using your personal data for direct marketing. With your consent, we may use your name, contact number, correspondence address, and email address to send you information about future educational events or programmes organised by Alongside. If you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, please email our Data Privacy Officer at info@walkalongside.org, stating your name.
同行在使用閣下之個人資料作直接促銷前將會先徵求閣下之同意。經閣下同意後，我們或會使用閣下之姓名、聯絡電話、通訊地址及電郵地址，以發送由同行主辦之教育活動或項目資訊。閣下如欲撤回同意，請電郵至 info@walkalongside.org 並註明姓名。
