The Tree Hole Phone Booth  is a public installation designed for sharing and listening—a safe space that opens the city to honest expression and gentle companionship. Next to the phonebooth is the Grief Mailbox, created for those who prefer to express their feelings in writing rather than through voice. The Alongside team will respond to every letter with a handwritten reply, honouring each person’s story and sorrow.
