When we slow our breath and bring our attention back to ourselves, subtle messages that we often overlook begin to surface.
Under the guidance of yoga instructor Arthur Chiu , participants will reconnect with the present moment through mindful stretching and embodied awareness, allowing accumulated tension and strain to gradually release.
By focusing on the breath, the sensations within the body, and the delicate shifts between movement and stillness, participants will learn to listen to the body’s most genuine and unfiltered signals, rebuilding a grounded, compassionate relationship with themselves in the process.
